Microdiscectomy - Year 3

Radiating pain: Absolute ZERO.
Going to the edge whenever I make a wrong move (or) go over a road hump (or) sennze/cough from wrong position: still exists
Able to do lots of walking and even partial running. (was able to complete a 10K marathon last month).
Able to do limited bending and squatting.
Able to do most of my missing actions.

Leftovers (mostly permanent):
  • Surgery weakness still persists that forbids stretching any of the doable activities.
  • Numbness: still persists on right leg (foot, thigh and buttocks).
  • toes on my right foot has very less sensation

What would I have done differently (if I were to go back to 2011 rehabilitation stage)
  • Excercise, Excercise and Excercise
  • Take it slower: Do not stretch immediately in career to prove (what?)
Resolution through 2014: Will try to follow the last 2 points:
  • Excercise
  • Walk (not run) in career
  • Continue the cautious lifestyle
